You can delete your GodSmith account and everything tied to it at any time. Deletion is permanent: progress, virtual items and currencies, purchases, letters, quest progress, leaderboard entries and any linked email are all removed. Purchases cannot be refunded or restored afterwards.
The account is deleted from our servers first, then the game wipes your device and restarts as a new player. If the game cannot reach our servers, nothing is deleted and it tells you to try again later.
If you no longer have the game installed, write to contact@bespoquesolutions.com with the subject "GodSmith account deletion". Include your player ID (shown on your namecard in the game) or write from the email address you linked to the account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Nothing that identifies you. Purchase records that tax law obliges us to keep are retained in anonymised, aggregate form only. Server backups containing the deleted account are overwritten within 30 days.
